A few things that I find appealing at the moment

This letter from Letters of Note.

This tutorial from Pink Penguin.

I’m going to make these for my secret pal at work.

I’m going to read the online magazine Wayfare. (I’ve decided to quit buying magazines if they are available on-line. I just spent far too much time scan single projects from magazines and then giving them to the sewing teacher at work. It just struck me as ridiculous to keep shelves full of magazine when I was only keeping it for one project that might never even get around to doing. The kids in the sewing class are far more likely to get something out of them than I have. So I’m going to buy mostly digital magazines from now on. You can print from them so it seems like a good idea. They are cheaper than print and I don’t have to print anything if they don’t have anything I’m want to do later.

I really like this block and plan make one or two for the random block swap that the quilting group is doing.

I really like this guy’s work.

Pretty sure that the photograph on Un Petite Monde is the Shamrock Inn, Shamrock, TX. Gotta love it!

Wow, that letter is so heart-breaking and then he gets you at the end with that funny line. So beautiful to read. Love should feel that way! Thanks for sharing.
